Some participants regularly attend sound baths and feel curious about what actually shapes the experience. Others may already own bowls and want more structure and clarity around how to use them. No prior experience is required. Throughout the workshop, we will focus on listening, not performance. We will explore how sound is received in the body, how spacing between tones changes the experience, and how layering can either calm or create density. We will look at how pacing influences nervous system response and why simplification often creates more clarity than adding more sound. Participants will practice striking a single bowl and allowing it to fully resolve before introducing another tone. We will explore how to sense when density builds, when it is time to simplify, and how intentional silence completes the arc of a session. ---------------------- ? You will learn a clear, repeatable structure for shaping a short 10–15 minute sound session: • Opening the space • Developing tone with intention • Gradually reducing density • Allowing integration through stillness Each participant will have the option to lead a brief session within a supportive group of six. There will be time for reflection and discussion after each practice. This workshop is not a certification program or business training. It is a structured space to deepen awareness, build confidence, and practice facilitation in a grounded way. ---------------------- ?
